Fees:

Adult (15+ )	$30 thru May 6  /	$35 May 7 - May 15 (T-shirts not included)
Youth (4-14)	$15 thru May 6  /	$20 May 7 - May 15 (T-shirts not included)

* T-shirt included with early registration.

· Print out to mail your registration to MPHS Booster Club, 1750 S. White Road,         San Jose, CA 95127, postmarked by May 6, 2011.

· Or print out and turn into your school’s Athletic Director before April 29, 2011.

· Or print out and bring with you for race day registration.

 

Entry Regulations

· Entry fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.

· You must be in good health and physically prepared to run the race.

· A race bib is required to run the race (4+ yrs).

· NO dogs, bicycles, wagons, in-line skates, skateboards or scooters.

· Strollers are welcomed (although should be used at the runners own risk).

· SOS 5K Race officials have the right to disqualify or remove from the course any participant whose activity violates any condition set forth or who poses any harm to himself/herself or any other participant.

 

Cancellation

The SOS 5K Run / Walk will be held rain or shine. No Cancellations or Refunds!
